Stingray is a single engined, commercially coded and licensed hulled RHIB (Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boat).
Moonshadow is a commercially coded and licensed Lochin 33 hard boat.
Moonray is a fast ProCharter P3 35′ commercially coded and licensed hard boat.
The hard boats are based at Mylor, in the Fal estuary. Mylor is ideally situated to make the most of Falmouth Bay and the Manacles. Mylor also has abundant parking, toilets, a cafe and a restaurant. Stingray is on a trailer and can be launched at any suitable location.
Stingray carries all the safety equipment a Category 4 MCA coded vessel should have, and more.
Moonshadow carries all the safety equipment a Category 3 MCA coded vessel should have, and more.
Moonray carries all the safety equipment a Category 2 MCA coded vessel should have, and more.
Stingray is fitted with a combined plotter/sounder with Side Imaging sonar incorporated, as well as two VHF radios, it has more equipment than a lot of boats three times it’s size.
Moonshadow is fitted with two combined plotter/sounders, as well as a two VHF radios and radar. It also has a diver lift, microwave, hot drink making facilities, toilet, heated rest cabin and canopy over part of the deck.
Moonray is fitted with a combined Raymarine chart plotter/sounders, as well as a two VHF radios and radar. It also has a diver lift, hot drink making facilities, toilet, rest cabin and canopy over part of the deck.
Falmouth Bay and the local area has a wide range of dive sites. Wrecks of all ages litter the sea bed, our colourful reefs are abundant with marine life.

Mark Milburn, our main boat skipper, is a local experienced diver as well as an RYA Instructor. He has dived all our dive sites many times, so he can help you decide on what you might want to dive. Stingray is licensed to take 12 people including the crew, up to 20 miles from a safe haven.
Moonshadow is licensed to take 12 people plus 2 crew, up to 20 miles from a safe haven.
Moonray is licensed to take 8 people plus 2 crew, up to 60 miles from a safe haven.
Any combination of the boats may be chartered at the same time to cater for up to 31 people.

Stingray Charter’s boats are registered as SDI/TDI charter boats, with SDI/TDI instructors available. Divers may complete a range of SDI/TDI courses from our boats, be escorted by an SDI professional, or just go diving.
